Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Hello I recently joined Mindtree as C2 SSE and feeling this as bad move since the work culture and other things are very much startup kind of, very high workload and expectations and also the lead is not that helpful. In almost 3 months I got the company view as slave master culture I just wanted to know your experience if you work/worked at Mindtree. I also want to understand why people say Mindtree as very good company. Frankly saying I don't see a single good point about Mindtree

WLB is a myth.
In most companies, both are inversely proportional to each other.
I think the two are part of each other. You need a fair salary in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance. But assuming that salary is fair and that we are comparing a high increase with a good work-life balance, then I would go for the latter. In fact I would happily forgo my promotion for a 4 days work week, for example!
Learning during first few years, wlb in the next few years and salary in the last few years.
This is a tough question. I think you have enough work life balance to upskill yourself and pursue your interests, automatically job offers and salary will come with it
