Can I negotiate for SC2? If I stay in current role I expect to make manager equivalent in 2-3yrs.

They made around $80-85k this year (not including bonus), but expecting that salary to go up come the end of the fiscal year with inflation and everything.

With 2 years you probably won’t be able to get SC2, since it takes people internally working at EY for 3 years to get to that level. Typically you could only negotiate that with more than 3 years of other related experience.

Yeah comp is not great. Should specify that the 80-85 is salary, not including bonus. But bonus last year for SC1 was 5k and under. This is also specifically in Canada (I think Vancouver is actually lower than this too)

With 2 yoe unlikely to come in as an sc2.

I’m an SC1 external hire with a $125k base in a LCOL location. But I’m in tech consulting and not sure how our salaries compare to Wealth and Asset Management

Hi sharks, i am new to this platform, well shocked and surprised to see friends who are having 5-6YOE getting very good salary / offer from market, while people like me having 18YOE struggling to reach 20LPA still..

As far as my understanding market won't pay much for Core Technical people also MFC industries have some limitations..

Am i wrong..

$315K in student loans (all government, mostly at 8%). Starting a new job where I’ll make $120K more a year (mix of salary increase and annual stock vesting). Should I just start dropping this increase down on these loans and just get rid of them? That was my plan given the high rate, but thoughts?
