They made around $80-85k this year (not including bonus), but expecting that salary to go up come the end of the fiscal year with inflation and everything.
With 2 years you probably won’t be able to get SC2, since it takes people internally working at EY for 3 years to get to that level. Typically you could only negotiate that with more than 3 years of other related experience.
Yeah comp is not great. Should specify that the 80-85 is salary, not including bonus. But bonus last year for SC1 was 5k and under. This is also specifically in Canada (I think Vancouver is actually lower than this too)
With 2 yoe unlikely to come in as an sc2.
I’m an SC1 external hire with a $125k base in a LCOL location. But I’m in tech consulting and not sure how our salaries compare to Wealth and Asset Management
