Can someone please define me the exact role of management consultant. I am a MBA passout and have joined CTS some 10 months back as a management consultant in CBC.. was checking if the job role for management consultant is similar to BA(my present role) or how is it different

And now i got another offer better than LTI
I want to join LTi, how should I ask HR to match the new offer?

Will globant revise offer letter ? After receiving offer from from globant I got one more offer, but u want to join globant only. Is there any possibility of revising offer letter if I talk with HR.

Just wondering about how is the WLB in HSBC account of Synechron? I am reading so much of pros and cons on Glassdoor and here. Some are saying the cons like Hire and fire are a FAKE news.
