We want great people. Experienced hiring much less following a standard profile/ recipe than MBA recruitment.
Totally depends on your skill set and industry experience
I went from 1 big 4 to industry and had worse w/l balance. As SA says, it depends on role, industry and level.
Does BCG hire after Big 4? I thought they want an MBA at a minimum
Skills - Accounting change implementation and anything related to it (financial reporting, process and controls framework, systems etc.)
A partner i know went to McK. Sounds legit. Otherwise if you stick it out to director C-stuff is good exit too.
Banking/Financial Services industry - 6 years
Ok, but what do you do? Tech, tech strategy, etc. consulting is not a skill set
