What is the best place online to find military advice?

Can anyone refer me. I have 7.5 years experience in Java, 1.5 years experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Spring boot, Golang. I am currently working in product based company and which is my first company.

I recently started a new sales position, and I know I’m making a lower commission rate than my male counterparts. Could be that I’m new, and they decided to lower it and not because I’m a female. My direct manager is trying to adjust it because we were both told 1% and when my commission started I was at .8%. Any advice would help, I never signed anything that had a commission rate on it. But I’m pretty sure our base as a company has always been 1%.

If a job and company is remote, do you ignore the location posting on it? I assume it’s for tax purposes?

Has anyone had luck transitioning into roles that require absolutely no implementation work, working with backend smes, or on systems you have no interest or knowledge in? Beyond burnt out with this type of work
