I'm a staff, but me and friends have received 10-15% in the past. Raises were around 20% for promotion (which includes merit, market, and 7.5% for the promo itself).
Depends on a lot of factors. Anywhere from 5-30% (both ends of that range are outliers). Also I’ve seen a lot of people talking about a standard 7.5% promo which I don’t think is accurate (someone please correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve never seen this published by EY). My understanding is that there are different pay bands for levels - so if the staff pay band for that office/sector/segment is $50k-$90k and the senior band is $95k-$130k, a staff making $60k is going to have a higher percent raise to jump to the senior band if promoted compared to a staff making $90k . None of these numbers are real, just an example based on how I understood the process to work

Last year from S3 to S4 I got about 7% for progression and 6% for bonus. For agile promo, I got the 7.5% as mentioned above.
Whats the typical cost of living adjustment for “raises”
Base pay started out mediocre for sure, but I've never gotten an annual raise lower than 8%, and I've been here for a while.
Good to know, that makes sense

Just got the agile promo and my raise was 7.5%
