Hey Everyone! I’ve unfortunately just got laid off from my company. This is my second time in 5 months getting laid off due to budget cuts. Quite frankly, I’m drained and in need of leads. I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

I got an email that I am selected in HCL interview, HR called me after that and talked to me very rudely, asking same details that was in the form at the starting, and finally told me that he can max give me 40 % hike on my present CTC which is 9Lac/annum with an experience of 8 years. I was unable to negotiate because of his rude talking as he didn't allow me to speak and disconnected the call after few minutes, didn't even say as bye before disconnecting 😂.
