How many years of FDD experience does A&M typically require? I’ve heard great things about their comp and seems like there’s so much more up side than b4 since bonuses are a % of billable hours. Anyone know what a typical A&M senior bonus was this year?

Fixed is almost same however Accenture is giving more variable.

Profile - Tech Risk, GRC . YOE - 9.2.

I have a recruiter showing me a general overview of FTI Consulting saying that compensation would consist of base salary + monthly qualified billables + 10% to 20% annual bonus. Is this similar to A&M (% of billable hours)? I'm currently in TS but am looking for a boost in compensation, more than a public accounting firm can offer. I got an offer that I would love to take, it is a jump for me role wise (Tech Program Manager) at a big company . But that requires move to Seattle from Midwest. I was looking at the housing costs and it’s huge difference. can anyone convince me if moving to Seattle is best bet for career,kids and family if I can put up with the housing costs. Salary wise not a lot increased as I was already making good enough. But I need a role change as I am stuck at where I am for a long time.

PwC offered me a thiccc retention bonus that is hard to reject. What would happen if I tell Deloitte that PwC offered me this and I choose to stay? Have an offer in industry. It’s a relatively new company that is growing fast and lots of opportunity to move up quickly and make a difference.
