What is the interview experience at Facebook like?

Just some thought for those of you interviewing this morning. Early in my career, I took pride in never not being offered the job I was interviewing for. The older my career got, I realized it’s more of a badge of dishonor. If you’re not asking the hard questions and pushing for what you want out of your career, enough so to push out a few companies along the way, you’re not doing it correctly!

I've had 5 no-shows to video interviews for a recruiter position. It's a full-time time, salaried , 100% remote role. I have 8 other corporate roles and not experiencing this. Any tips or ideas? I send interview reminders, send a follow-up email/text after the no show to make sure they are ok. I haven't heard back from anyone. So odd.

DCA: interview will be scheduled and depending on that package might get revised (not ready to tell percent). 2. So.... Design tests being part of the hiring process. How does everyone feel about these? I’ve run into them a few times while applying for work and spent weekends working on them with no hire by the end of the process. In a way I can see why they do it - but I’m also weirded out that my portfolio just isn’t enough. What’s everyone’s take? And does anyone do this in their hiring process?

How to motivate myself to learn something new and/or prepare for the interviews 😔?

Applied to 400 jobs with an automated job robot plugin and went from unemployed to 150k salary in 7 days of using it. I don’t feel bad. The system sucks and uses ats so why can’t we automate? I was watching Netflix while the bot sent out 150 apps a day. I only worried about scheduling my own interviews. There are people proud at sending out 10 apps a day. I used to be that person.

I want to cry. Got told by manager that they do not give pay raise as €40k is the maxed cap for this role (I work in higher ed recruitment and I overhit my target too). I was referred to Deloitte by my friend and he had took 25K from me for referral...but HR didn't offered the amount I expected.. Deloitte offered 21L including PF and gratuity. Counter offer I had was 25L including PF. Tried to negotiate with HR to give atleast 23L. But HR didn't agreed.. Now as offer was never released I am asking my friend to return what he gauranteed..and he is denying... Can anyone provide suggestion? Working in one practice of the firm but lately have been staffed on another practice of the firm. Also, I’ve been working on the other practices internal initiatives and conversing more with the other practice members than my own. Even feeling more connected with the other practice though my YOE is different than the other practice. I shared w/my counselor what I’ve been up to lately and he didn’t seem too enthusiastic that I’ve been so involved with another practice. Feeling like I’m cheating 🫠
