Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?
TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

It was just a 5% increase for a 3 rating in my region (southwest).
You guys drink the kool aid, hard. If you want to eat up what you're told in your comp discussion, be my guest. All I can say is if my senior promotion bump was 10% or less I would not still be here.
10% 3 rating. Also depends on group
Yeah it's shit.
My group had 10% indirect tax 🙄 idk I think it depends how they did that year. Honestly just get senior and bounce. Really disappointed with EY in general..
@PWC1 I have only been promoted 3 different times.. so what do I know.
Wow that's trash... fuck
Hoooow?!^^
Ummm yeah mine was 18%. If you're working hard you should get something similar, if not, you know why
Ugh, that's it? 🙄
That's not true you should have a much higher increase in promotion years ^
A2 to S1 17.8%
Yeah see ^
A2 to S1 18%
From staff 1 to staff 2 was rated 3 - started in January though... got 7% raise. Total $64,500 NYC tax indirect. I'm up for senior in July.. can't imagine I'll be getting more than 10% raise
@STA1 that's a pretty rude comment. Raises are driven a ton by market and economy. There are plenty of years where no one is getting 18% regardless of great performance.
Staff 1 to staff 2 was ~8-10% how can that be possible for a promotion year
Eh gives a 5k bonus though to senior I believe
EY*
You don't get a pay bump because of promotion. You just get a solid raise every year. You get a promotion bonus.
