I have received an offer letter from Axtria for L1 analyst role.. They are offering 8 lpa.. What will be the in-hand salary? Also is it good to leave infosys and join Axtria? If I accept the offer letter, am I supposed to Compulsorily join Axtria?

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months..
