Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

You got lower because your manager chose to give you that. Not because FIS adopted some new policy or FIS wide everyone got lower than what they typically get.

10% of your CTC is variable pay which is called QIP and is disbursed every quarter. Depending on your performance of the whims of your manager, you may get more/less than 10% in some quarters. How much you have been getting so far can be checked in Workday. Go to Pay from left hand side menu and select “Bonus and One Time Payment History”.
Hello, when you say 11%, do you mean 11% of your CTC? I recently got an offer from FIS that includes 10% of CTC as variable performance pay, so I just wanted to understand how it is usually paid.

Let’s say your Fixed is 10L and variable is 1L. Variable 1L is paid out 4 times a year. Around 25k everytime (excluding tax) A 10% payout in a quarter means you’ll get 25k. An 11% payout means slightly more than 25k. If you receive 10% each quarter, you’ll receive 100% of your variable for the year. Typically, most people receive around 10% each time. I know it’s a bit confusing, but that’s how it works.
