I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

As for the first part of your qn I'd think mid 400s should be achievable but as with everything there are the usual caveats.

Jr ED.
Thanks. Not bad to start. How high can it go for a more senior Ed?
I Know EDs with specialized skills pull in 600+ especially if they are of the industry thought leader variety and also own some key relationships. But not the norm I would say.
That’s all in?
Base
Thanks. So with more years, seems like mid 400s is achievable? Do EDs have a pension plan as well or is that just for equity partners?
I think everyone has one but EDs have a supplemental plan also I understand. Works a bit differently from a partner's - dont exactly know the differences but is decent I heard depending on tenure at the firm.
Appreciate the insights, thanks!
I would guesstimate Advisory EDs range from $300-$600k. Yes they have pension. And they don't have to retire at 58-60-62 or whatever it is these days for Partners.
Is ED=MD@ACN?
Yes. Also MD at Deloitte
