What is the starting salary for a Manager at KGS?

Hi I’m currently an audit senior at a big 4 and I’ve interviewed a few times for a job at CFGI. I’m curious about the pay structure and how overtime works. Can anyone that works there elaborate on that?

Got a verbal offer from a big 4 a month ago, discussed salary expectations 3 weeks ago, still no offer letter. Firm has to let me know it should be coming soon. Are these normal timelines?

Hr asked for documents and also had a call for salary discussion.
Now they have asked me to attend L3 interview Tomrw?
Any idea why they want to have one more round after HR discussion?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.
