When is it best to leave consulting? Here's how I think about it.
First, are you enjoying it? If so, why leave (it can be a great life long career)?
Second, are you still learning fast? If not, you're missing out.
Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

At Amazon, it will depend on whether you snag a L6 or L7 role. Most BCG PLs (McK EM) I know of come at L6. (~210-k250k TC with 160k max base).
Additionally, it becomes difficult to transition to technical or closely technical roles as your rise in your consulting tenure, so if product roles are the goal, easier to pivot as EM I think.
RSU vest 5% in each of first two years, rest of 90% in next two years. To compensate for that, they give you a signing bonus spread over first two years yo keep your pay stable.
Idk about L7. I am currently interviewing for Amazon and heard these from recruiter. I am not sure if I heard anything about an annual bonus apart from signing bonus.
