Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Take the starting salary and compound it for two years with the 15-30% increase
https://managementconsulted.com/consulting-salaries-for-2019-management-consulted/
The article doesn’t really say what a 2nd / 3rd year BA salary would be though, which is what I’d like to know
Increases are not the same every year and depend on your performance but typically fall in the 15-30% yoy range
Well I’d be coming in as a senior BA so wondering what a good target is for negotiation purposes (I have 2.5 yoe if that helps)
When you come in as a ba or asc there is no negotiation. We all start the same. Not entirely sure what to expect as an experienced hire
But I’m not coming in as a BA, I’m coming in as a senior BA. So I’d like to know what a senior BA typically makes if you know of a number / range. Also if you have any tips on joining the Firm, hit me!
