Slalom is great. Much better WLB. Compensation growth can be slower, but the work and people are great.

At Slalom you trade salary for WLB. Pay progression is very slow, and promotions are even slower. If you are tech focused though it can position you for a strong tech exit.

I recently accepted a Principal role and was a Manager at ACN. I’m getting paid more at Slalom. WLB definitely was a major reason I moved + being remote/local. Comp depends on what level are you applying for.

YOE and location? That influences compensation. Relatively speaking: better WLB, weaker compensation. You may be able to get a good base going in (I came in at 170 with 8 YOE) but raises will lag unless you aggressively pursue promotion.
