Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

I like Earl grey
I’m British my son was born in the US. Out of the blue he says “PG Tips. Englands number 1 tea”. I’m like eh? Then I realized he saw it on the box
Love a good peppermint tea in general.
Here are some brands that I have:
Yogi - Egyptian Licorice Mint Tea
Mighty Leaf - Ginger Twist & Tumeric Ginger
My next would be a green tea or green & white tea blend.
Paris from Harney & Sons. They have a somewhat calibrated taste rating scale and reviews that will help you identify trash you might like, which is much more helpful than guessing based on descriptions from a ton of different people/websites.

Assam is my go to.
Moroccan mint tea
Yerba mate!
Chamomile
Dragonwell (Longjing) for a fresh vegetal green tea
Tieguanyin for a roasted oolong
Hojicha for a different kind of roasted flavor (Japanese)
Really any other types of greens and oolongs - would pick some random ones to see what you like
You can buy these from any tea store. Places like Ten Ren aren’t too expensive and will just ship to you

Where do you get your hojicha?
There are many ways…
Green Tea (green tea leaves soaked in hot water)
Black Tea (black tea leaves soaked it hot water)
Indian Tea (black tea plus milk and sugar)
Masala Tea (spiced Indian tea - many versions, most common are cinnamon, black pepper, green cardamom, fennel seed) you can use combinations to find your taste.
Ginger tea (ginger in black tea, or in Indian tea)
Thai Iced tea (specific kind of black tea soaked in hot water, condensed milk and ice)
Depending on how you want to prepare them, you will have to pick up the variety that works the best with that style of tea.
Coconut black tea from Kai Tea is incredible!!
Peppermint or rose green tea!
Tea Forte boxes are expensive but a great way to try a variety of quality teas and decide which suit you. Plus, they're not loose leaf, so less hassle for a newbie. https://a.co/d/h1lI3rz

I'm an extreme tea neophyte, Earl Gray is my go-to when I sometimes drink tea

Adding on: if it's good enough for the good captain, it's good enough for me!
When I was getting into tea I got a month sampler box from Adagio Teas. They’re loose leaf teas with everything from green tea to black teas to chai
Taiwanese Ruby Black Tea - fine delicate aroma without the bitterness of many black teas if you’re a beginner
Whittard of Chealsea’s English Rose - best rose tea I’ve had.

I love green & black tea. Tazo makes this awesome strawberry lemon green tea and Twinnings has a matcha cranberry lime tea, delicious. I'm not a milk in tea person.
