What is your merit increase for 2025? Ours is right around 2.5% which is roughly what it’s been the last several years. Not great but it’s something. Are you happy with yours?

Mine was 3%. My feelings are the exact same. It's better than nothing, which I know a lot of people got/didn't get this year. Still not happy with it.

Mine was about 3%. It's nice, but it doesn't match inflation, which means as time goes on I'm making less.

Merit increase was 2% and I’m not upset about it either. Of course, it was 1% before, so quite the improvement comparatively.
