The most important is identifying inbound callers. If you aren't doing that, focus only on that first. Then, move on to the next thing.

we have set up automatic appointment scheduling.

We've implemented automated chatbots to quickly answer common questions and guide customers through processes. We've also set up self-service portals so customers can easily look up information and make changes without having to call in.
