What range should my compensation expectations be? 27 yo with Almost 4 years of experience in the RIA industry. Still same company since started, with $1.5B AUM (10 people team). Main tasks are FA for several clients, have my own clients portfolio of $20M. Member of investment committee, serve an associate for other FAs with bigger clients,im also responsible of all trading. I am Located in miami. I graduated from UF have a series 65 (plus other training) and I am also doing an MBA at UM.

I can’t get out. I’m a barred attorney looking to move into a JD preferred role. I don’t like being at a firm. I’ve applied to hundreds (literally) of contract, compliance, regulatory, etc. sort of jobs. I’m not looking for a crazy salary either. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. How do I make the switch? Not long ago I obtained bachelors and in the interim I have been working at Morgan Stanley. I started thinking about next steps for my education and initial thought was to just go straight to MBA but then I started hearing about people with BS in Business and Masters in different areas not that closely related. Is it even possible to to do for instance masters in law if I only have bs in business or for example masters in something related to renewable energy or so?

Is there any band at each level? If yes what is the starting band for Manager level and min salary package?
