After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Coming in as experienced hire you are looking ~110-125k in my experience
What experience? Didn't you say you are coming from a competitor?!
Exp hire starting in a few weeks w four years of experience in DC - base is 100k
It also might depend on what you were making at your last employer
Can confirm. If you have an MBA, you can bump it up by 10k
Thank you! I don't have an MBA but this is super helpful in terms of negotiation. Also I'm in NYC so I'm assuming there are ranges when it comes to geography as well.
I just came in as an experienced new hire around 100k but I didn't have much negotiating leverage.
All about negotiation. I came in as SC but was borderline Manager at the time. Started at 150+
