I made a mistake. I talked with the ex this morning. He said he misses me. And that while he walk talking to the other woman, he wished he was talking to me instead. And when he saw that I didn’t respond to his texts, he drank a shit ton. And then called this morning.

He’s not willing to commit to the other women because he’s not over me.

I need to block him.

I gained weight during my last relationship (probably around 30 lbs, and I’m 5’9”). Before my relationship, I felt like I could get any guy. My mom and dad are separating (bad terms) and not speaking, but my mom asks me about him everyday. She knows I don’t want to talk to him or about him, but continues to bring it up everyday.. I’ve resorted to silence or not responding because I always end up being the bad guy when I get annoyed or don’t want to discuss it. Am I wrong here?

How does a person change their mindset to be more positive? I feel like I’m meant for my job, but blame all my life problems on it….having no energy, being single at the age of 30, etc. and it seems like a never ending loop. I look for new jobs, realize I have a good job then am ok for a bit then start it all over again. When I’m off of work I’m fine and realize I have it pretty good. Only real negative is I can’t vacation with my family in March due to my busy time.

I don’t know if coming out is something I should do or not anymore. My girlfriend and I want to get married in the next couple of years but thats not something I want to keep secret.
