I just had a first round interview with BCG, I did ok in one of the interview and did great in the other one. What are my chances of moving to the next round? More info: Based in Canada, there are two 45 mins interview for first round.

I just want suggestion from everyone..
I have dropped my paper in current organization and have been offered from IBM now the problem is I have been retained in my current organization by giving the same amount which has been offered to me and I had accepted the offer letter from IBM as well before as I was not sure that I will be retained here.
Now can I tell IBM that I will not be able to join your organization as I got retained, will there be any problem as I had accepted the offer.
