Any recs for CIPM study books?
Looking to use Capco's wellness reimbursement for a gym membership. The company site includes Crunch fitness and states it will subsidize up to $50/month, which brings the $110/monthly fee down to $60. The general manager at a Crunch gym said Capco's subsidized plan cost is $25/month total, which is a significant discount compared to what the internal site states. Which one is right? They ask situational questions. "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult team member". They used to ask for a short synopsis, then would dive in with questions. Goal was to understand your role (so respond with "I" not "we") and get 3 points of evidence from each initial question. What was the situation, what did you do, how did you feel, what did you do next, what was the outcome. So your situation needs to be meaty enough to support a few detailed questions. Situations need to be recent and complete.
Behaviorals to formulate a mono culture - are a sham (listen NPR podcast). They are easy to hack if you prepare. Take time to prepare and you will ace it.
They’ll give you a scenario and see how you approach it. I would suggest ask question throughout the interview to make it more conversational.
More situational. How you have handled tricky client situations in the past.

I joined as a recent grad but they asked a ton of questions about leadership, team and “client facing” experience. They also asked me questions related to my capacity to learn quickly. If you don’t use the STAR method, they will push you to do so.
