Desi parents: what time do your kids go to sleep at night? We have a 23 mo and his bedtime schedule starts at 6:30 PM and he sleeps by 7 PM. This was suggested by our sleep consultant and has worked well for us, but recently we are getting a lot of hate for not bringing our toddler to evening dinners etc. We are being told that most kids sleep around 9 PM or being asked to put the toddler in one of the rooms. Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected.
