Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Hard Skills
• Proficiency in the Adobe basics PS, AI, ID
• Versatility in Sketch, XD prototyping apps
• Understanding of After Effects/QuickTime
• Understanding of HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint for deck presentations
• Ability to sketch ideas quickly/storyboard
Soft Skills
• Ability to present confidently
• Ability to communicate ideas concisely
• Ability to take notes efficiently
• Positive team interaction
These are the basics that should get them in the door. While many may balk at using PowerPoint/Keynote, if they can bend it it can be a strong tool to use alongside a resume and will aid them in presenting their work while showcasing their presentation skills.
Definitely learned on the job, however, the better prepared they are to run the higher the chances they will get placed.
I would also say that strong understanding of the following is expected:
• Typography
• Color Theory
• Composition/ Rule of thirds
• Branding
• Social Trends
• Technology Trends
This will also help set them apart
• Projects that have real world restrictions not just sky is the limit creativity.
If they can make a lack luster client like medical or finance compelling they can certainly make sexier clients with amazing content sing.
Tell kids to STOP putting those graphs/bars/stars that indicate "how good" they are with software. That rating has no basis (what’s 5 stars in Photoshop? Would you even be honest and put less than 3?) and its looks like there’s no thought put in and they’re compensating for a lack of anything else to put on a resume or in a book. Knowing software is table stakes, show me your thinking.
That is truly the worst idea anyone ever had. I blame stock houses for that stupid representation of how proficient you are at a skill. It is a space filler, I know... trust me.
How should they should show you their “thinking?”
Thanks for the response(s) :)
