I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Are there any non-business majors in the tech realm in non technical positions at Google that can advise me?

An MBA allows you to explore different fields. Even though your bachelor's is in the clinical/education field, you should open yourself to something other than that field. Instead, be open to multiple opportunities.
You'd have quite a few options. I'd recommend figuring out what types of industries/roles pique your interest and then focusing on narrowing that down more. It's too broad of a question without knowing what your interests/passions are.
An MBA opens sooooo many doors for you. You can really do anything you want. I would suggest interning and kind of getting a feel for wat you might be interested in.
