Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Looking for a position in Las vegas !?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I have always said that my biggest weakness and my number 1 strength is empathy. It let's HR know that I will always care but sometimes too much. I had an employer tell me that was the reason I was hired, simply because I cared about people. When the company was taken over and I was let go, I told the managers, "Thank you for the experience of working here and for you. It was insightful and often fun." It floored them but I got the job back with better pay in less than a month.
Not sure if it's a good one, but I sometimes say during an interview that my weakness is showcasing my skill set in an interview.
Public speaking
I say that I sometimes take on too much work because I like to stay busy and this cause myself undue stress.
On interviews, i said my weakness was technology. Then i instantly turned it around by telling them what i did to improve that, courses i took at my own expense, etc and it never impeeded me from working at the highest level. I always got the job.
A good weakness? Is there such a thing? Do you mean to say if you were asked by the interviewer what you thought your weaknesses were you would say public speaking? Just say exactly that. Honesty is always a good thing. You got this , so good luck with your interview!🙂
I agree honesty is best. What is one thing in an admin role that you are the least excited about? Whatever you say make sure to also point out how you manage to overcome your feeling about that task and succeed in spite of your feelings.
