Choose Deloitte.

AE1 this is the only correct answer
People rarely get all 3 offers. I was interviewed by MBB but only received an offer from M. The choice was made for me. I also felt like I connected more with the interviewers at M though. Bain didn’t feel very ‘warm’, ‘nice Bainie’ to me at all. But maybe that’s because I’m in New York
Flex post much
I noted in my post that I don’t have any offers, just starting an MBA program soon and want to have a goal in mind.
I’ll be straight with you. You do not need to worry about this. I’m sure you are very capable but the majority of M7 MBAs apply to MBBs and don’t get any offers. Most who have offers have one. Sure you could be an exception but it’s not likely. Source: M7 MBA and at McK
Also, I’ll warn you that these types of questions (and the attitude I’m assuming here) won’t go great with your peers or generally at school. Just a thought, and genuinely trying to be helpful
Cross-offered at all MBB.
At the end of the day, it all came down to Bain for the culture ☺️
...also for this geography Bain had the time sheets with the lowest average hours/week.
Agreed with McK 1; I only got an offer at BCG — if I were you; I’d only worry about choosing once you have multiple offers on the table. Otherwise you’re wasting time and energy, as the probability of the choice being made for you >> probability of having to make a choice
I based my decision on culture feeling/vibe from the interview process. Otherwise they’re all pretty similar in NAMR. I think maybe Bain has less resources (overseas production, etc.) and is weaker outside NAMR, but can’t go wrong with any.
Wouldn’t put too much weight on top employers list

Worry about this when you get there. For me, it was always between McK and BCG because Bain didn’t have a great track record of cultivating PhD talent. In the end, McK won out solely due to interview timelines (BCG wasn’t willing/able to move my interviews up to account for some competing offers)

I think there are only two objective differences between the firms. McKinsey has by far the strongest ex US brand name, so is the best option if working ex US is a goal. Bain probably has the easiest route to PE if that’s the goal.
For everything else, like culture, WLB and niceness of people, there is so much more variation between offices and within offices than there is between the firms. They’re ultimately very similar places to work
