Starting salary for a creative in Dallas?
Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Additional Posts in Cognizant (CTS)
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Depends...if you opt for employer nps, superannuation and food card, your in hand will be less but tax will also be less..around 14k per month..and I hand will be around 127000
It's not fixed. According to the rating you'll get variable pay. After that it will get deducted again because it's taxable
With all deductions around 1.5
1.35L
What's the designation offered btw ?
Manager
This seems to be a Manager-Projects designation
160k-170k
It's 1.52. you are exactly like mine
New tax regime or old?
Also, with deductions like nps, pf, etc., or without any deductions
Why basic is not 50% of fixed in CTS?
YOE?
In hand around 150k
Is this for new tax regime or old?
