What would the in-hand salary be for 18 LPA package at TCS in the C2 grade?

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

Assuming that I'm okay with a salary of 70K and more, and that I really don't want to work at a law firm. Is it going to be difficult for me to return to law with two years of experience and one year working in a legal adjacent role.

What has better WLB and comp, being a heme onc physician or climbing the ranks of D/SD/VP in R&D or commercial strategy for an oncology line? Not taking into account initial path to get to these positions.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
