What’s a good Group Strategy Director salary at a large agency? (Eg Saatchi, Grey, JWT, R/GA).

I moved to US a couple of years back and did my CPA. I accepted an offer of 58k for tax associate at a PA firm. Getting experience was my priority. Now after 3 years I am at 76k. Priority has shifted from experience to money. Is 76k low/high/about right for 3 years of experience at a mid sized firm?

I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before. Product managers - are you typically accountable for delivery of features? ie once a set of features are in a sprint are you accountable if dev/QA work is delayed or does that sit with the engineering managers/leads? I’m in that situation where my company has over committed to delivering a bunch of features and trying to figure out what else I can do to help.

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. Fast forward they broke up and PC tried to get his $100k from her and filed suit but her attorney is saying that since he quitclaimed the property to her he has no rights including no rights to the breach of contract claim. This doesn’t seem right but I’m having a hard time finding caselaw that directly says this. Any help will be appreciated!

I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal?
