Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

If you’re white like me it’s so important to realize that we were raised in a society where institutionalized racism is normalized, and we were born with privilege. You can’t choose the color of your skin, but you can choose to put ego aside and reflect on why this isn’t happening to me, and be vocal about being anti-racist.

Yeah, I've heard you make more if you bounce around.
35(AAE) > 55(AE) > 65(SAE)
I'm in talks for a promo to AE. I'm hoping $10k but I think that's being optimistic. I think $8-9k is more likely.
Im in talks for a promo to AS so interested to follow this. Does location make a difference? Im in Toronto and got a $15k bump when I got AE but dont think its common.
My guess would be 10% of base, or 7-8% if company or holding company isn't doing well.
SAE is not a new role
Typically AAE to AE is 40k to 50k. At LB with my internal promotion it was 40k to 48k and they refused to negotiate with me.
AAE to AE for me was 35-50
35-45-65 (sae). Interested on how supervisor salaries will adjust to the new SAE role...
Bit different since I am in Ad ops for me it was 35k coordinator 45 senior Exec, 65 manager 85k sup
When did you see your first SAE on the account side @integrated PM 1?
Every agency I've worked at has had SAEs. I was an Account Sup 4 or 5 years ago. I try to black out that time in my life. You couldn't pay me to deal with clients again (even as a PM, client management is way better than it is to deal with as an account person, IMO), but that's just me. Some people love it!
