How do A&M titles work? Been looking at FDD and everyone looks like they've been a senior a long time compared to big 4.
What group in A&M are you in and what did you do in big 4?
Remember director at A&M = manager. Depends but somewhere 130k-180k including bonus.
OP sounds like a great coworker - every explanation is an attempt at undermining. Better hide that personality trait if you want a chance - no one wants someone who’s openly combative.
Is that right though? At least in financial diligence A&M directors are equivalent to lower level senior managers in Big4. Ive been told total comp in the 300-400 range (from recruiters, who I struggle to believe), at least in good years - will be curious to hear how this year plays
EY1 - lines up with what I’ve heard. Great firm, just different. Not for everyone
I’ve been told that directors in m&a tax at a&m get between 200-350k and that was like 3 years ago.
That’s a bit inflated. I was close with a senior director who worked his ass off every year and he was at 350k total comp after working there for like 8-9 years. Comp is great
In what group though
