2% of 15BN is $300M. This is the typical mgmt fee and would cover OPEXs of the firm.
Assuming half covers OPEXs (conservative), that leaves roughly $150MM to be split between all profit sharing partners (assumed if split equally). So if there were 20 of you, that is ~$7.5MM each as a base.
Typical performance payout is 20% of every additional dollar earned over $15BN. So if you make an additional $100MM on top of the $15BN, that is $20MM to be divided up for the whole firm.
There are always exceptions to the above but this is one of the most basic frameworks.
