Auditing
I would have to agree with the first comment. Lol. It's the actual job. Auditing is actually kind of boring next to accounting. So, that's another challenge.
Quality Assurance Audit where you need to audit Internal Audits and convince the auditors that they did something wrong!
Oh man those ones are STRESSFUL - possibly my least favorite type of audit! Luckily I don't have to do them too much but yeesh, not easy
Just everything man. The hours, the staffing, the amount of evidence, the amount of engagements. Like if I was just on 1 project, properly staffed, with an IA department it would be a nice job. But the fact that I have to spread time between 2-3 enagagemnets, we never have enough people, on and off shore, I have to constantly go back to the client for stuff they didn’t provide. I can’t imagine being a senior honestly seems even worse.
The day-to-day work. Honestly, I can no longer see the difference between slow and busy period. Lol
Dealing with entitled clients. I'm not sure if it's the same in other places. But they are definitely the most challenging part of my job. Lol
