What’s considered a good salary for an experienced external hire associate role at KPMG Deal Advisory-AAS in a HCOL (Los Angeles)?

Haven’t received my offer letter yet but my recruiter asked for my compensation expectation which I gave the range of $85k - $90k. Am I lowballing myself? Lol. I saw a PwC CMAAS experienced associate with a 92k salary with only 1 year of experience (external hire).

Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Any other alternative do I have to claim HRA? Your inputs are welcome here

I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit. Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason.
