Not at skadden, but it seems the associate who has been leading the charge on organizing a unified response to the EEOC letters sent a firm-wide email saying she was giving her 2 weeks unless the firm acted, explaining in detail why. Per her LinkedIn, she no longer can access her email.
P1: Let's watch this play out. She just gave an interview on PBS, and did associates proud. Harvard law grad, ex-Skadden, left on her own terms for moral causes (and because...democracy is good). She'd be a fierce litigator if she wanted to join the other side. Something tells me she'll be just fine.
