What's status even mean on Delta when you can't even get change fees waived at Diamond?

Looking for feedback. What are your thoughts on when asked to provide a case study or project plan as a part of the interview process? I know BCD Travel and other start-ups make these kinds of request.

I signed up for fast track in October and it said I have 120 days to use the fast track. On my mileage profile it says that I need to hit X miles etc to get gold status by the end of this year.

Are these two things separate and where can I see the fast track progress?

Is Tokyo doable as a solo traveler with zero knowledge of the language? Thinking of doing a group trip there but adding on a few days alone in Tokyo at the beginning. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product. Would love something that allows me to do both?
