I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Hi, I have been working in a neo-bank scale up for the past year. I’m getting paid relatively well with stock options that vest over 4 years. There are also talks internally about the company potentially IPO-ing in the next 1-2 years.

I just got an offer from a smaller startup who are giving me a 20% increase over what I’m currently getting, but they are unlikely to be publicly listed anytime soon.
