Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.
Any folks recently joined and received salary please confirm it.

That depends which administrative department you go into. Quality/Risk/Compliance, Utilization Review, Clinical, Admissions, Business Office, Business Development, HR, etc. Each department pay varies based on company and impact of the department. Typically clinical leaders get paid more due to needing some form of licensing, Compliance gets paid higher due to the importance of the the role.
But the importance/impact of each department is subjective to each company.
It’s hard to give you an accurate range without knowing what administrative level you are/apply for (Tech, coordinator , assistant, manager, director etc) and department you are interested in.
Depends on what area you work in and city. Without experience probably anywhere from $50k to $80k.
