Hmmmm... Well I'd guess they are probably around 75-90 with a ~40%+ bonus based on friends I know in Corp banking elsewhere

Is anyone familiar with the comp (Base + Bonus) for a Sr Associate in Strategy at JP Morgan or any comparable bank? Even estimates are much appreciated - don’t want to lowball out of the gate. Thx!

Question: Theoretically, what kind of raise (percentage) or benefits would you need to leave a role where you have *relatively* good work, a good team and great work/life balance, with the consideration that money, location and family/personal affairs aren’t issues? My MD is pushing for me to get a 15% raise in my current role, but I know I’m worth at least 35% more than my current comp.
