How do u all keep yourself motivated to work on a project from which u are mentally detached...

I know they are paying the full salary, but still somewhat not able to concentrate...and lost in the thoughts of joining the next company...

Any tips would be appreciated...🙏🏾

A: Tier 3, NYC, Base - 100k, Bonus - 20k
B: Tier 1, Baltimore, Base - 110k, Bonus - 10%
C: Tier 1, Dallas, Base - 95k, Bonus - 10%

Which one would you pick and why?

Taking predictions on how much longer firms get away with paying flat salary across practice groups and no individual discrepancies in pay. I'm guessing less than 1 year. Corporate mid years are dropping like flys and there are no replacements that can slot in at top firms anymore. No one can keep up 250 to 300 billable months for this long without losing friends and family. Add in staring at a $700 to $1100 billable and not making even 25% and the motivation is just gone. Why stay?

How much is the salary bracket for Novartis Consultant with 4YOE?

Debating whether to take contract-to-potential-FTE position as product designer at well-funded healthcare company. The hourly rate is very good and have fair benefits through the contracting company. The recruiter has said that there is positive history of contractors converting to FTE. My worry is that contracting seems much less secure and as a single parent, security and benefits are important to me. Would be grateful for pointers on things to ask, takeaways from your own experiences, etc.

Hi folks, I’m having two offer one from Nagarro for BA role and another from Capgemini for Scrum Master role. Salary is almost same.
I’m bit confused should which career line should I prefer given my priority is travelling and on-site.

Got reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and set up a call to talk about the position. We talked on Tuesday and the call seemed to go very well. She said she would follow up by sending me the job posting to look at more in depth and confirm with the hiring manager that my salary requirements fit the position. I followed up thanking her for her time and expressing my excitement about the opportunity but still haven’t heard anything from her after our call.
Do I follow up again?

Desi 🐠: I was recently involved in a car accident with a rental car. I did not have insurance coverage through the rental company or the credit card. My rental car had no damages however the other car had some damages on it’s rear end which ended up costing the other person $3000.
