1) track everything you eat. That latte isn't 0 calories for example.
2) I like weights, and you can get a great session in 30 minutes if you focus on the big moves
3) try to stay active to a bit (go for a morning walk if feasible, walk to get coffee etc)
4) drink water
5) some meal services might help but I haven't used them
Good luck!

East better food. Do more HIIT (steady cardio isn't the answer). The rest is math. Less calories in than what you're burning. Set a realistic weight loss goal and track it. Also consider carb cycling and timing your macros for optimal energy burn and for sedation.
This is the answer, but start slow. Low impact.
It’s 80% diet. I was 320 pounds a couple months ago, now ~275 pounds and still going! Been fat my entire life, hated it, kept trying to lose weight and kept falling off within days. Finally got absolutely SICK of myself and am sticking to a plan that works for me, and god knows I’m not stopping this time. I’ve attached my diet, but probably will switch this up soon as eating the same thing 6/7 days of the week for 10 weeks now has me hating life, but the progress makes it worth it.
Yes intermittent fasting. I seldom have a coffee in the morning, but that’s it.
Just track what you eat using myfitnesspal or loseit apps. That’s like 70% of the battle
Noom - lost 26 pounds in 3 months which was 16% of my body weight 😊
Thank you! 😊
Non fat yogurt from Costco + frozen fruit as lunch!
I stoped bread, pasta, and rice and cut out cream and milk in my coffee and tea. I worked out for an1-1.5 hours a day (weight training really helps along with cardio and yoga to switch things up)
I did this but wasn’t sustainable. I brought back cream in my coffee as well as rice and potatoes. Bread and pasta on the rare occasion. Weight lifting, daily walks, and cardio sessions once or twice a week.
It’s all about diet. Cut out all junk food and go easy on the carbs.
Most people in these comments have no clue what they’re talking about. I’m 6’, about 185, shredded and eat and go out every weekend. What works for me, if you like having fun, is two big meals a day (so you’re never hungry). First at around noon and second post workout around 6. Just make sure you’re eating a bunch of eggs and meat and lay off on the sugar
D2 is probably under the age of 35. 😆 I miss that metabolism!
Costco grapefruit packs. Down one a morning to cut down baby fat and speed up your metabolism
Calculate your basal metabolic rate and institute a calorie deficit with healthy cals while increasing cardio to 30 mins/day with moderate - heavy lift 3-6 days / week. Also increase water and cut all processed sugars and carbs (or replace with healthy options, ie carrots v chips). Weight loss imminent.

Depressions helps
Cut out alcohol, be mindful of portions, cook at home at much as possible and don’t deprive yourself entirely.
Lost over 25 kgs in 2 years. Eventually it all came down to:
Calorie In - out < 0
Here are tactical things to do:
Out:
1. Measure your BMR, that’s what your resting output
2. Increase your activity through regular exercise to add your output
3. As you do more exercises, you also gain muscles, which increases your BMR
In:
1. Measure everything you eat initially, and then you’ll get a hang of what “costs” how much
2. Make sure to maintain 10-20% deficit initially , anything lower and you’ll starve yourself and end up over compensating.
3. Eat a balanced diet
Start slowly and you’ll start to notice progress.
All the power to you :)
PS: As you lose weight your BMR also goes down, so important to keep focusing on muscles so that at least you retain a constant BMR (if not more)
Read 4-hour Body by Tim Keller. Easiest, simplest way to lose weight quickly, but healthily
Oops, Tim Ferris😬
Diet is everything, I cleaned up my diet to chicken and fish only.
Use myfitnesspal app and track your calories and excercise. Works like a champ.
Don’t drink your calories. Lots of veggies and drink tons of water. Get lots of sleep to keep energy levels up.
Do a protein with just greens
keep it simple ...each day burn more calories than you intake
can eat whatever just make sure you are at a calorie defecit
dont jump off the deepend with diets or fads that will deter you and set you up for a difficult time
just eat smaller portions of your fave foods, will be hungry in the beginning but your body will adjust
