You can always try to negotiate a higher salary. However, I am guessing if it is insulting they aren't going to come close to where you want to be. I would suggest looking for something else.
If it is worth your time, share what the market is averaging. And ALWAYS give a range, and not an exact number.

Oh, I know all about that!
If no salary is posted that’s one thing but if they give a range and you don’t like it not sure why you would apply. If they post a range of 50-70k they’re not going to give you 80.

Maybe that's the case. I don't know. But what I DO know is that any competent business knows, or at least should know, that paying their employees as little as possible is not a sustainable practice. The moment they know they're being underpaid, they'll leave for another company, costing them a lot of time, money, and risk to hire someone new.
So it's in their best interest to pay their staff accordingly.
Why even bother interviewing??

Like I said to someone else, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and think they just posted it to comply with pay transparency laws, or it's just the starting range.
