As far as I could find the only option is a one year $5,000 (!!!) subscription to all of Oracle learning. Any other more affordable options? Preferably interactive online classes+labs. Thanks!

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost).
