I’m at Guidehouse now and I’m legacy KPMG. Stay far far away from Guidehouse. They’re slashing benefits, training approvals take moving mountains, partners aren’t really partners (VC owned), the list goes on and on. DM if you want more details.

Depends on the team, like all companies. I went from Guidehouse to Amazon AWS if you’re thinking about exit opportunities.
But generally overall, Deloitte, Accenture and Booz are the stronger brand.
For internal audit, no clue.
I would stay away… especially for anything audit related. I will add I am a current employee
Then my comment is especially factual. I will only add that you WILL regret it
I recently left my job at GH in client service. Culture is wildly dependent on team and project. I would say the firm is sound. It’s only been around a few years so it’s not as prestigious as other brands if you care about that kind of thing. People complain about the benefits, especially people who have been around a while and seen things cut, but I think the benefits are decent. Not a lot of perks/discount type things but solid health insurance, 401k, etc. There’s also some kind of payment help offered for student loans. Cell phone stipend is a sad $65/month. Pay is competitive.

What industry are you in? I used to be in KPMG cyber two years ago before moving to Deloitte
The people in advisory are great (overall). The consulting practice is a mixed bag.
