Which will be a better offer considering WLB and growth? Is the salary as per industry standard or should I negotiate for more? Also is it worth moving from product to service company?

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. IMHO, our stint in consulting’s purpose is to develop a corporate strategy skillset. Doing CDDs is one of if not the best way to get a ton of reps and variety in our 18 - 24 month tenure.

With options among MBB, T2 incl S&, EYP, and general Big 4 / ACN MC:

- Take MBB (can ask for CDD, overall better comp package)
- Reject B4 MC (won’t get it here)
- T2 (pick other T2s if you want way more strategy projects that aren’t CDD / growth strategy)
