As someone who has been on both the pwc MC side and s& as well, I have found it to be very different. I feel S& invests much more in its employees. However the wlb is definitely worse and I've dealt with more hot heads at S&
Mostly informally. Formal training leaves a lot to be desired. But culturally, oldie booz folks go out of their ways so that less experienced consultants can learn the ropes
I want to say it's very team dependent, but I'm not sure if that's unique to covid times because I've never stepped foot in an office. Overall very friendly and extremely helpful people though. Welcome to the firm!
If you can, work with the legacy Booz partners. They are some of the best people I’ve ever worked with, and they were raised on the apprenticeship model that was core to Booz so you learn a lot from them.

Culture is almost the same as that of PwC. You’re paid 30% more because of the nature of the work
This. Culture is very much the same, especially if you end up working on a lot of projects that are staffed with both MC and SC folks, and even more so if you're staffed on an engagement led by a MC Partner.
Depends what vertical you are in. Different verticals have different cultures because of the size, the types of events they do for their people, etc.
